Are Glimora products safe and FDA-compliant?

Yes. Your safety is non-negotiable to us. Every Glimora formula strictly adheres to all FDA regulations and uses only clean, safe, and heavily researched ingredients. We also manufacture in small batches to protect the potency and structural integrity of our active ingredients. That said, everyone's skin is unique — we recommend reviewing our Ingredient Glossary and doing a patch test before starting a new product.

Where do your ingredients come from?

We exclusively source our raw materials from highly reputed, vetted suppliers. Our ingredient glossary details the origin of every core active — from glycol acid derived from sugar cane and hyaluronic acid from bio-fermented plant sugars, to cold-pressed rosehip and avocado oils. We believe you deserve to know exactly what you're putting on your skin and why.

Why do you make products in small batches?

Small-batch manufacturing is a deliberate choice. By producing in limited quantities, we protect the potency and structural integrity of our active ingredients — ensuring that what reaches you is as fresh and effective as possible. Bulk production can compromise the very actives that make a formula work.

Can Glimora products treat or cure skin conditions?

Our products are formulated using science-backed actives and are designed to visibly improve specific skin concerns. However, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease. If you have a specific skin condition or health concern, we strongly recommend consulting a board-certified dermatologist or healthcare provider.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major US holidays. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, while expedited shipping arrives in approximately 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has left our facility.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, no. Because we process and pack orders quickly to get your skincare to you as soon as possible, we are unable to modify orders once they have been finalized in our system. Please double-check your cart — products, quantities, and shipping address — before completing checkout.

What if my order arrives damaged or an item is missing?

We're sorry to hear that! We meticulously inspect every order before it ships, but the shipping process can occasionally be rough. If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact our support team within 14 days of your delivery date. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item or packaging. We'll send a fresh replacement at no extra cost — no cash refund, but a swift replacement. Reach us at support@glimora.world.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer cash refunds. As a small business committed to the sanitation and structural integrity of our FDA-compliant formulas, we cannot accept returns. However, we stand fully behind the science and efficacy of our 12 signature products. What happens if my package is lost or stolen after delivery?

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Glimora cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ensure every order leaves our facility in perfect condition, but once it's in the carrier's hands, the delivery is out of our control. We recommend ensuring your shipping address is secure before placing an order.
