How to Use

Suggested routine timing: AM or PM — choose the routine that suits your skin and follow the label frequency.

The timing below is general routine guidance. The directions on your product packaging take priority.

1. Cleanse, then gently pat skin dry.
2. Apply the amount directed on the label evenly to the face and neck, avoiding the eye area.
3. Allow to absorb, then apply a moisturizer.
4. In the morning, finish with a separate broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher sunscreen. Apply and reapply according to its label; this product does not replace sunscreen.

Routine Placement

Cleanser → optional toner → this product → moisturizer → sunscreen (AM).

Use a cleanser first and a moisturizer such as Bio-Energy GelFace Cream afterward. For a simple routine, use this essence at a different time from an exfoliating acid or pure L-Ascorbic Acid product unless their labels support layering. Multiple peptide products are not required.
